Shipping Policy

  1. General Information
    All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.

  2. Shipping Locations
    We currently offer shipping exclusively within Cyprus. For international shipping, we can send all our products to all countries around the world, except for perfumes due to legal restrictions in Cyprus that classify them as hazardous materials.

  3. Shipping Costs

    • Standard Shipping (DOOR-CYPRUS): €4.00
    • Acs Store: €2.50
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional fee of €1.50 applies for orders paid via cash on delivery.
    • For orders over €90, we offer free standard shipping/Acs store within Cyprus.
    • Note: Free shipping for orders over €90 does not apply during sale periods.
    • International Shipping: Costs are calculated based on the weight of the products and will be displayed at checkout.
      • Standard Shipping (International): 7-10 business days
      • Express Shipping (International): 3-5 business days

  4. Delivery Times

    • Domestic (Cyprus): 1-3 business days
    • International: As mentioned above.
      Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on factors outside of our control.

  5. Shipping Carrier

    • We use ACS Courier for all shipments within Cyprus.
    • For international shipments, we use DHL to ensure your order arrives on time.

  6. Order Processing
    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
